Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and SuperTradies Technologies Inc. ("SuperTradies", "we", "us") governing your use of the SuperTradies website, web application, and mobile apps (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

SuperTradies is job management, scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and payment software for trade service businesses ("Pros") and a portal for their customers ("Clients") to request, approve, and pay for work.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid features.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to: misuse the Service to send spam or fraudulent invoices; attempt to access data you're not authorized to see; reverse-engineer or resell the Service without our written consent; or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.

Subscriptions purchased through our website or web app are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as our authorized reseller and the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax/VAT, and payment collection, and your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) in addition to these Terms.

Web subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from account settings or through Paddle; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial-period refund is given except as described in our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions purchased inside our iOS app are billed through your Apple ID and governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Subscriptions purchased inside our Android app are billed through Google Play and governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

Mobile subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel a mobile subscription directly in your Apple ID account settings or the Google Play Store — SuperTradies cannot cancel or refund an Apple or Google purchase on your behalf; those requests go through Apple or Google support.

Where a paid feature requires in-app purchase per Apple's and Google's platform rules, we offer it through their in-app purchase systems rather than external payment links, as their guidelines require.

Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. We'll indicate the trial length and conversion price at signup.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current period, except as described in our Refund Policy.

SuperTradies facilitates payment collection between Pros and their Clients for jobs booked through the Service. We are not a party to that underlying service agreement — pricing, scope, and satisfaction disputes for the work performed are between the Pro and their Client. Payment processing for these job payments is provided by our payment infrastructure partners and is subject to their terms in addition to these Terms.

You retain ownership of the job, customer, and business data you put into the Service. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including non-payment, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time from account settings.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; data deletion follows the timelines in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperTradies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SuperTradies Technologies Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
