Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No. All three plans include self-serve onboarding at no extra cost. Elite customers also get a complimentary white-glove migration if they're moving from another platform.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll notify you before you hit the cap. You can upgrade to a higher tier or add capacity as needed — nothing gets locked or paused automatically.
Do you offer annual invoicing for larger teams?
Yes. Professional and Elite customers can request a single annual invoice with net-30 terms instead of monthly card billing — just ask your account manager or support.
