Setting up recurring service plans

Automating repeat work

Recurring plans handle maintenance contracts, seasonal tune-ups, or any job that repeats on a schedule — without office staff re-booking it every time.

Create a plan

From a client’s profile, choose “New recurring plan,” set the frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or a custom interval), and attach the service being performed.

Auto-dispatch

SuperTradies creates each job automatically ahead of its due date and assigns it to the crew you designate as default for that client, or leaves it unassigned for the office to dispatch manually.

Client notifications

Clients on a recurring plan get an automatic reminder before each visit, with the option to confirm, reschedule, or skip that occurrence — skipped visits don’t affect future ones.

Pausing or ending a plan

Plans can be paused (for a client on hold) or ended entirely from the same screen. Pausing keeps the plan’s history intact in case the client resumes later.
