For technicians in the field
The SuperTradies mobile app is what your crew uses on-site — it mirrors the dispatch board but scoped to just their assigned jobs.
Signing in
Each crew member gets their own login from the invite email sent during team setup. There’s no separate “field” account to configure.
Your job list
The home screen shows today’s assigned jobs in order, with a one-tap button to get turn-by-turn directions to each site.
On the job
Techs can log arrival and departure times (used for the client-facing GPS status), attach photos and notes to the job record, and check off a job’s checklist if one was set by the office.
Closing out
When work is done, the tech selects an invoice template, adds any extra line items, and can capture a card payment or send the invoice by text — all before leaving the site.
