Setting up the sync
Connecting Google Calendar keeps a technician’s personal calendar in sync with the jobs assigned to them in SuperTradies.
Connect your account
From Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar, sign in and grant calendar access. Each team member connects their own account individually.
What syncs
Every assigned job appears as a calendar event with the client name, address, and a link back to the job in SuperTradies. Rescheduling a job in SuperTradies updates the calendar event automatically, and vice versa.
Two-way vs. one-way
By default the sync is two-way — moving an event in Google Calendar reschedules the job in SuperTradies. If you’d rather keep SuperTradies as the single source of truth, one-way sync (SuperTradies → Calendar only) can be enabled per user.
Disconnecting
Removing the integration stops future syncing but leaves already-synced calendar events in place until manually deleted.
