Turning on online payments
Online payments let clients pay an invoice from the link they receive by text or email — no terminal, no chasing checks.
Enable payments
Under Billing → Payments, connect your SuperTradies payment account. Verification usually takes under a day.
Accepted methods
Once connected, every invoice automatically supports credit card, debit card, and ACH bank transfer. Clients choose whichever they prefer at checkout.
Payout timing
Card payments typically land in your bank account within two business days; ACH transfers take three to five. You can track pending payouts from the Billing dashboard at any time.
On-site card capture
Technicians can also charge a card directly from the mobile app when a job is completed on-site, using the same processing connection — no separate hardware required for most crews.
